Ireland's Number 1 Anchor
Made of galvanized steel in the rugged West of Ireland, SecureSet anchors are based on the collective knowledge about the performance of today’s advanced anchor designs. The SecureSet anchor is designed to set quickly in all types of seabeds. Following the lead of several other scoop type anchors, they will orient themselves for fast penetration, regardless of how they hit the bottom. A hollow shank, extra lead or cast iron weights were not employed. Instead emphasis has been put on greater strength and increased blade surface area. Coupling the strategic deploment of weight and the chiseled tip, these anchors set quickly and hold extremely well.
SecureSet Performance
The SecureSet anchor implements a number of features which contribute to its unique combination of quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Extremely rugged construction resists deformation even under heavy or shock loading |
Large projected blade area |
Maximum holding power, particularly important in soft sand or mud |
Chisel blade tip |
Cuts through weeds, grass, or kelp |
Optimized tip configuration and blade angle |
Extremely fast set typically buried within 1 meter. |
Scoop type concave blade surface |
Piles up material in front of blade, increasing holding power
